Yes, we offer an exclusive student living experience. All applicants must show proof of enrollment to receive a lease.

Yes, prices on our website are starting prices and per bedroom.

Prices are based on floor plan style, demand and availability, derived from a tier-based system. So, if you’re looking for a particular type or signing up with friends, talk to a leasing specialist right away so we can honour your preferences. The earlier in advance you sign your lease, the better rate you will receive.

We’re only 1 kilometer from school, a 10-minute walk, 6-minute bike ride, or 3-minute bus ride. In addition, we’re the closest off-campus student housing option, offering fantastic convenience!

Of course, we want to make your move in as seamless as possible, one less thing to set up! Our facilities are equipped with lightning fast, high-speed Bell Fibre in our amenities and suites.

Yes, we have over 300 parking spaces available to our residents, in a gated parking lot. Parking leases are sold separately from your lease and can be purchased in the Foundry Lofts office.
